Evan M. Levow

Nationally-recognized for his defense strategies and as one of the top DWI lawyers in the State of New Jersey, Evan M. Levow is the firm’s Director.

Over a career of more than two decades, Evan has defended clients in New Jersey’s most important DWI cases, several of which have actually changed the State’s laws and legal protocols, establishing legal defenses for DWI defendants.

Evan is an expert in field sobriety testing. He was the first attorney in New Jersey to be qualified as an Instructor by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), as well as the International Association of the Chiefs of Police. Evan regularly teaches the principles of the testing to lawyers, judges and police personnel. Having represented the lead defendant in the landmark Alcotest case, State v. Chun, no law firm possesses the knowledge and depth of the team at Levow DWI Law, P.C.. His depth of knowledge extends to the real science of blood and urine testing.

Evan attends numerous local and national seminars every year, often as a lecturer at the seminars.
