This vast exhibition space unites artists and artist studios under one roof. The space was formerly a tobacco warehouse and the purpose of the facility is to facilitate conversation about art and collaboration in the New Jersey community.

The Empty Sky Memorial stands as a memorial for the 749 New Jersey residents who died on 9/11. Two walls inscribed with the names of those who died in the attack face one another, with the length of each wall being the same length as the height of one of the former World Trade Center Towers.
